Looking for a way to spend some quality time with your children and increase their reading or pre-literacy skills? Reading together is a great way to show your child how much you love them and that you value their education.

The PTA is excited to announce we are in partnership with CentroNía to offer parents a reading experience known as CentroNía Family Literacy Book Club for parents and guardians of children in Tyler’s Preschool and PreK classes. CentroNía is a nationally accredited educational organization that provides quality education programs and family-support services.  Families can attend with their Tyler student and any siblings (even older ones) and enjoy story time, participate in an arts and crafts activity based on the story, and eat a healthy snack. Families should be prepared to commit to attending nine (9) one-hour book club events between now and the end of the year. Space is limited.
